Practical Magic is one of my treasured DVDs. All the actors were brilliant and the plot is uplifting. It is on my very limited “movies I watch when I’m sick” rotation. A comfort watch, if you will.

So imagine my delight when I was scrolling around Twitter today and saw a trailer for Practical Magic 2! It’s been decades since the original. I had never expected a sequel and I hadn’t heard one was in the works. Seeing a trailer without any foreknowledge was like a bolt from the blue. I can not wait to see this sequel!
